Our office has many years of experience in labour law disputes. We offer legal assistance in resolving labour disputes to both employers and employees.
In our practice regarding labour law issues up to now, we have successfully represented clients, including one of the largest hospitals in Latvia, construction companies, as well as private individuals.
We are also developing employment contracts, individualised documents governing the employment legal relationship (work procedure regulations, orders, internal operating procedures).
